Pol co-founded Carbon Collect, an Irish business known for its leading passive CO₂ direct air capture (DAC) technology and its participation in the ground-braking US Department of Energy DAC Regional Hubs Program. He led the technology’s development from early testing to pilot scale in under five years, despite COVID challenges. He holds postgraduate degrees in both Business Administration and Business Analysis.

George has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including a decade in leadership roles at Mastercard both in Europe, and the Middle East, and Africa. He holds an MBA from Bradford University and a BA from Ulster University.

Ka Ho has launched successful consumer products in pet care, beauty, and fashion.  He has led product development, marketing, and operation functions. Ka Ho holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College, USA.
